JFPA Action is a private international advocacy platform operating as an independent Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). JFPA Action is not a registered public charity, legal Non-Profit Organization (NPO) in Japan, or a tax-exempt charitable entity under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code (or any other regional jurisdiction).

1. Independent Third-Party Advocacy

Any content, media, or reporting hosted on this platform regarding the Swaida American Society (or other humanitarian relief initiatives for the Druze community) is published strictly for independent educational, journalistic, and advocacy purposes. JFPA Action maintains a supportive but entirely separate operational relationship with these organizations.

2. No Direct Financial Solicitation or Processing

• No Direct Handling of Funds: JFPA Action does not collect, receive, hold, or route financial donations for humanitarian relief. We do not operate crowdfunding pools or request financial transactions directly through our own server architecture.
• External Redirection: All hyperlinked donation pathways, buttons, or informational portals listed on our homepage or newsletter redirect users entirely to the external, verified, and legally compliant payment processors of the Swaida American Society (EIN: 85-0864320), a registered 501(c)(3) organization.

3. Tax Deductibility and Financial Records

Because JFPA Action is a private advocacy group:

• We cannot issue official charitable tax receipts, donation acknowledgments, or tax-deductible verification.
• Any donations you choose to make are processed explicitly under the terms, conditions, and privacy frameworks of the Swaida American Society. All inquiries regarding tax deductions, contribution limits, and financial audits must be directed to them directly.

4. Limitation of Liability

JFPA Action, its directors, and its writers (including Hannah Klein) assume no legal or financial liability for the management, distribution, or field allocation of funds sent to external charitable organizations. By choosing to donate via third-party pathways, you acknowledge that you do so at your own discretion and accept that your financial transaction is subject entirely to the independent compliance rules of the receiving institution and their payment gateways (such as Stripe or Donorbox).
